This year it bids fair to eclipse all . p revious records. With, the tournament being held, on Corona tion Day, a full day froin 10.30 a.n£. is avaiiabie for th'e ruuning of it,a~ distinct improvement on past practice, whpe it could be held only on a aSturday afternoon at a time of the year when the days were ' shorfest. As the Hawke's Bay representative team will . be away ,in Wairarapa, Napier and Hastings., clubs will _ again be free to compete, and an encouraging number of entries lias already been reeeived. • Four teams have been nominatcd from the East Coast, and one from Dannevirke, whdle local clubs will be represented in full'force. The 110 yards sprint champidnship for the Dimbrick Cup will be run at 3 p.m., uud altogether a very fine day's outing is promised. '
