Strengthening Relations LONDON, May 6, The Times' Tokio correspondent says the Anglo-Japanesq relations were given first place in an ad.dresa by the Foreign Minister,, Mr. Sato,, tft 56, foreign correspondents. He aseribed the recent improvements to the settler ment of the Keelung leasehold; questions. He expressed the hope that Prince, - Chichibu's visit to. England would strengthen the traditional friesdship which constituted one of the main pillars of world peace. He assured the Soviet Tepresentative that the nego^ tiations between England and Japan were not conneeted with any question, of treating North China as a Japanese sphere.
