WELLINGTON, May 7. Tbe following prisoners were senteneed by Judgo Ostler to-day: — Aubrey McLeary, aged 37, botel porter, two offences against boys, tbree years' bard labour; Jobn Josepb Bichard Lewis, aged 48, labourer, indecent assault on a male, tbree years' bard labour; Jobn Paton Hardy, aged 31, theft of a fur coat from an botel, two years' reformative treatment; Frank Ernest Parker, aged 23, motor mechanic, carnal knowledge, was ordered to come up for sentence wben called upon.
