The cpmbined street decorations now erected would be further supplemented by strings pf coloured lights* and two big standards each 11ft. by 7ft. high, depicting the coat of arms, wero to be placed across Heretaunga street. In addition, a huge crown, 6ft. in fiiapieter is to be placed over the clock tower.
