FAREWELL PARTY IN HASTINGS

A deligbtful party was given on Tharsday evening by Mr and Mrs Stan Hay at tbeir bome in Fitzroy Avenue, Hastings, to farewell Mr Spencer Triggs, of Napier, who is leaving for Waipukurau. Tbe evening was spent in dancing, tbe dining-room having been cleared for tbe occasion, and a delxcious savoury supper was served in tbe adjoining room. Mrs Hay, wbo received ber guests in the reception ball, was wearing a frock of brown needlerun lace relieved witb pink. Tbose present were: Mr and Mrs S.
