Koper, Secretary of Commerce, has issued a warning that the rapidly improving business conditions in the United States were largelv due to forign espend.itures on armam.8nts, He cantioned against increasing the capacities of plants and other unguardod expansions. He indieated that the conditions would not last and would be followed by recessions if pre'eautions were not taken. - Austraiian putohases of ,arms in the United States in April amonnted to 100,448 dollars, of which 100,000 dollars was spent on aircraft and parts.
