A meeting of the Advisory Board of New Zealand Employers' Eederation yesterday decided to recommend to empoyers, that wherever possible and practicable, to observe Wednesday as a holiday on f ull pay. It was decided also to point Out that if for any paxticular reason an employer was unable to accede to this recommendation there was no obligation on the employers to pay extra wages, the day under sueh_ eircumstances to be treated as an ordinary working day.
