For the year ending March 31, 1937, the number of passengers carried was 35,382, passenger revenue £15,708. Tho' cattle railed . from Hastings numbered 694, sheep and pigs 17,843, timber 257, tons, goods 22,832 tons, parcels 1794J, goods revenue £36,358, total revenua £56,279.
