H.B. LADIES' GOLF TITLE
Mesdames Ellison & Tareha In Final SAME AS LAST YEAR Semi-final play in the Hawke's Bay Ladies' open golf 'tournament was concluded this morning when last season's finalists, Mrs. Ellison and Mrs. Tareha, emerged victorious. The final is being played this afternoon over 18 holes. Apart frocn a high wind, weather eonditions are all that could be desired and the greens are in perfect condition af ter three • days oi play. In the Waiohiki Handicap, the Napier Handicap and stroke matches finality will also be reached to-day. The following are the results: HAWKE'S BAT OPEN CHAMPIONSHIP. Semi-Final.
