# Inquest Into Blenheim Fatality

BLENHEIM, This Day. The fact that, in the abi-nce of eyewitnesses, evidence did not .provide a clear idea of the causi bf the accident was commented on by the Coroner, E. J. Hill, when holding an inquest into the death >f Timothy James Pitt, aged 19, a bank clerk, who died from thp effeets of a f raetured skhll, follow. ing a collision between his motor cyele and a motor car driven by Bernard O'Gonnor Gallagher, aged 23. The accident occu-.'ed at at intersection in thp borough in March 29, and Gallagher, who was injured has been in hospital. The Coroner, in returning a verdiet that death was due to jereberal haemorrhage, the result of a collision, expressed the opinion that Gallagher exercised care at the intersection, which was described as a dangerous one.
