Snaddonv The traxl left the west end of the grounds and drent across flat country to Eoy's Hill where the runners lrad a very stiff climb and were rewarded by a wonderful view of tlie Heretaunga Plain. After a little hill work the trail led the paeks about li miles along the road towards Bridge Pa and then strucU across paddocks to the polo grounds. The placings were as follow: — Fast paek : T. Taylor 1, B, Andei'son 2. Intermediate paek: S. Coles 1, E. Poppelwell 2, I. Hiekman 3. Slow paek: E. Heaton 1, N. Taylor 2, L. Webb 3.
