EUGBY, May 4. For the second day in succession the House of Commons discussed the livestock industry on the report stage of the Bill embodying the Government 'a long-term policy and making provision for a subsidy to producers of fat cattle, for tho regulation of imposfcs and the reorganisation of slaughtering and marketing. It is hoped to secure a third reading of the Bill before the House adjourns to-night. A latter message states that the Bill: passed the third reading.
