AIR RECORD BROKEN
LONDON, May 3. Mr H. F. Broadbcnt, the young Australian aviator, arrived at Lympne at 6.41 p.m., beating Mr H- L. Brooks's record for the soio flight from Australia. Mr Broadbent said that the flight was uneventful. The machine ran perfectly. His most anxious time was near Rangoon when he encountered the storms which precede the monsoon.
