H.B. LADIES' GOLF CHAMPIONSHIP
Draw for Opening Day's Play To-morrow EXCELLENT ENTRIES The Napier Ladies' Golf Club will hold its annual championship toumament, cOfcnniencing to-morrow, on the Waiohiki links where the ladies' amateur championshap of Hawke's Bay will be decided. This tournament is generally playod in September, but owiug to the New Zealand ladies' championship being played on the Waiohiki links this year, it has been decided to play the Hawke 's F5ay championships at this time. The links are in excellent order when one' takes into consideration the dry spell of weather expenienced for eeveral months, and some excellent golf sbould be played. The present holder of the ehampion> ship, Mrs N. J. Ellison, of Napier, will ho defending her title.
