"500" Evening.
A most succeasful "600" , evening, organised by the members of the Waipawa Volunteer Fire Brigade, waa held in the brigade soeial hall. The prize in the ladies' section went to Miss G. Beck, and that for the gentlemen to Mr. Muir (Wellington,). The eonsolation plees went to Miss S. Moroney and Mr F. Watson. Supper was served at the conclusion of the evening 'a play.
