Civil Aviation Quarters (Received 1, 9.40 a.m.) LONDON, April 30. Tbe Duke of Kent opened Ariel House, in tbe Strand, the palatial new quarters of tbe Civil Aviation Department. A distinguished gatbering included Mr W. J- Jordan, New Zealand Higb Commissioner.
