WELLINGTON, Last Night. The evidence having been concluded jyesterday afternoon, legal aigument was taken in the Supreme Court to-day ,ln a ease in which the Masterton Picture and Entertainment Co., Ltd., pro-" ceeded against William Bobert Kemball, company director, of Wellington. The .company claimed rescission of an alleged agreement between it and defendant, a director of the company at the time, under which the company took 10,000 £1 shares in the Majestic Theatre.(Wellington), Ltd., and also' sought repayment of Ihe £10,000 paid or £10,000 j damagesj Decision was reserved, . ..»i. v.
