WOODVILLE, Last Night. The Dannevirke Racing Club's annual meeting, wliieh ig being heldx on the Woodville racecourse, opened to-day in ihie weather but light rain commenced ab«mt the fourth race and continued for the rest of the afternoon. The course waB in wonderfully good order and the racing was interesting throughout, the principal events being won by Arctic King and Lone Raider. There was a very good. attendan.ee and. the tofalisator handled £9372, as compaxed with £5549 on the first aay last year, the increase being £3823.
