"Not Reviewing Ottawa Agreements" AUSTRALIAN ELECTIONS

(Beceived 30, 8.45 a.m.) PAKIS, April 29. Mr* J» A Lyons, Australian Prime Minister, st.epped o & the train from Berne well but tired as the result of his travels on the Continent. Mr. Voss, representative of the Bri' tish Embassy, met Mr. Lyons at the station, where Mr. Malcolm MacDonald's greetings awaited him. He will visit the Paris exhibition in the foronoon and inspect the Australian pavilicn, after which he will call on Sir Er'c Phipps, who has just been in-
stalled as British Ambassador. He will meet M. Blum, Premier of France, at 5.3(» p.m and will leave for London by the train ferry at 8.50. Mr. Lyons said that no date had been fixed for the Australian elections. He Was rettirning immediately after the Imperial Conf erence. . Questioned regarding a statemont that the Imperial Conference would fully review the Ottawa Agreements, he said: "We are not prepared to enter into a general review of the OttaWa Agreements tt is not the time for it, uoi are .we prepared to make any commitments. Any revision will be througb ehannels of consultatiOn. Asked about Mr. S. M. Bruce's fU' ture, he said he had heard nothing of his intentions. "I hope Mr. Bruce will carry on in his present job, I have rpeatedly expressed appreciation of his services. Mr. Lyons said his Coronation Honours List was completed and was bigger than usual.
