American Actress To Visit New Zealand (Received 30, 8-45 a.m.) NEW YORK, April 29. It is understood that Katherine Cornell will visit Australia in May, 1938, and thence proceed to New Zealand, as part of a world tour. Her repertory will include Shakespeare, Shaw and Ibsen. Katherine Cornell is acknowledged as America's greatest actress. She k married to Guthrie McQintock, a Well* known Broadway producer, wko has during tke past season been regaling New York audiences witk Shakespearean plays— Gielgud's "Hamlet" was one. Miss Cornell is at present making ker appearance in the Maxwell Ander. son poetic drama "Winged Victory."
