(Eeceived 29, 10.85 a.m.) LONDON, April 28. The exeentive of the British Labour Party passed the following resolufcion: "That the sufferings of Spanish people have passed the climax of horror and ehame in the criminal bombing of Guernica by German planes under the eommand of rebel generals, and that British Labour denounees an outrage on the defeneeless for whieh there is no shadow of military reason or excnse as an outrage to humanity and violation of the principles of civilisation. The party requests the British Government, through the Leagne of Nations, tq examine the whole prpblem of bombing open towns and indiscriminate slangEter •f noncombatants. ' '
