Victoria Park Meeting SYDNEY, April~28. At the. Victoria Park races Red Clover and Silver Coat were unplaced in the Three and Four-Year-Old Handicap. Hands Up and Silver Coat were unplaced in. the Welter Handicap and Jubilee Singer third in the second division of the Encourage Handicap.
