WELLINGTON, Last Night. A warning that motorists who were ordered by the Court to attend inatruc.tion classes for delinquent drivers and treated the matter lightly would be dealt with sevorely'was given by Mr. E. D. Mosley, S.M., in an interview today. The scheme was introdnced by Mr. Mosley last Thursday, when he admitted to probation two motor-cyclists charged with dangerous driving -and ordered them to attend classes in road courtesy. "There will be no treating the matter lightly," said Mr. Mosley. "Any person brought before the Court for disobeying the terms of probation will be dealt with in the most rigorous manner, because of the gravity of the offence against Section 28 of the Motor Vehicles Regulations. " Mr. Mosley said the new procedure would be a permanent institution in Wellington. The traffic authorities, Transport Department and probation officer were co-operating with the greatest readiness to make the schem'e a success.
