INFANTILE CASES
Snmmary of Position in Dominion Following is a summary of reports received through the Press Association of the iuf^ntile paralysis position in parts of Now Zealand other than Hawke'a Bay : — MASTERTON. — Another suspected case of infantilo paralysis Was reported itt Wairarapa fco-day, a boy of 4|, of Carterton. ATTCKLAND.-v-Three more children suspected of infantile paralysis have befin admitted to the Auckland Hospital. A boy from. St. Heliers Bay is regarded as a doubtful case and the two other suspects are a baby of 10 months from Pukekohe East and a six-year-old boy from the city area. In addition a miJd case, that of a gir] aged seven years, has been reported from Thames WELLINGTON. — Two furtlier cases of infantile paralysis are now m the Wellmgtoil Hospital. One patient, a girl of eight, from Newtown, was admitted as a suspect last night, and the other, a boy of nme, from Island Bay was admitted to-day. Though both cases have been diagnosed as positive, neither is marked t \ paralysis DUNEDIN. — A six-year-old boy from St. Clair was admitted to hospital todav as an infantile suspect.
