Co-operative Community For Ulster RESIDENTS BECOME ALARMED KEW YORK, April 26. It is announced that Father Divine intends to attempt to convert the ea- . tire Ulster County into a model cooperative community siinilar to Upton Sinciair'a proposed "produciioa for use" eommuaities ia California. Father Divine is new eperating 35 farming and other enterprlses in the county. He hopes, flnaneed by the public, to expahd the holdings on whieh "angels" work without pay but undef a higher standard of living than in Harlem slums. Ulster residents ar© alarmed and rebellious, fearing that further inroads by negrPes will ruin the hotel and boafding-house business.
