His Majejty begaa extremely Blowly, but spoke doliberatoJy and with no sign of nervousness. He spoke at niach the samo pace as liis father though he appeared elower owing to ihe younger voice. Thcre were no noticeahle hesitations discernible nor any trace of the disability of speech from. which he suftered whcn less experieneed. The King's broadcaot on. 12 will be approsimately at 8 p.m. and will last for ten minutes as a climax. to the programme of Empire homage. It will be Ittccodcd hy llve Dominion Prime klinisters and the Viceroy of India.
