Letters must bear speeial air mail postage and be specially enarked. The' following rates apply:— (1) For delivery within the Dominion, 2d per oz. (Postage and air fee combined). (2) For overseas countries, ld per o& in addition to ordinary postage if despatch by air beyond N.Z. not desired. * (For partieulars apply at any Post Office).
