Tbe income from tbe aet residue of the estate (estimated at £18,000) to ba known as thq "Bo'bert Clark Trust Fund," iB to be applied in perpetuity for or towards aspisting such poor and ineody persons irrespective of raee, icreed, class or colour in the provincial district pf Canterbury or such institutions established in tbe said provincial district for the relief, maintenance and assistance of the poor and npedy persons in such manner as a board to be .constituted for the purpose shali direct. iThe board will consist of tbe Public jTrustee or his nominee, the Mayor for the timo being of the borough of Ash-. .burton, the vicar for the time being of" |8t.
