The weekly card evening orgauised by the Clive Hall Committee proved to be an outstanding success, tliero being a record attendance. The winners of ladies prizes were: Miss A. Hague 1, Mrs. T. Kennorley 2; the mon's werfe, Mr. F. Smith 1, Mr. W. 'McCabe 2. The lucky number prize went to Mrs. Arthur Harrison and Mr. R. Bircb. Thanks were accorded to Mr. T. I,istor for donating prizes.
