Australian Decision MELBOURNE, Arii 17. Hepfesentatives of States at the aviation conference agreed to introduce legislation to provide that the Commonwealth regulations shall apply to the jurisdiction of the respective States The States, however, will retain their l'iglvt to ttiako their own transport regulations and laws and to establisk State-owned air services.
