GISBORNE, April 16. Ifi view of the paralysis ©pidemic, tho Returned Soldiers' Association has decided to abandon its plans fbr the usual Anzac Day parad© and serviee, and to sponsor no assemblies of the public until the epidemic shows definite signs of abatement.
