CHRISTCHURCH, This Day. The Minister of Public Works, the Hon. R. Semple, said to-dfiy that he had deeided to postpone his ptoposhd visit to Yicleiia to investxgate the electricity commissioxx system in that State until after the returfi to New Zealand of tho Prime Minister, 4 'There is too much for me to do !tx New Zealand at present," he Said, "with Public Works, transport and electricity mattcrs to deal with and with three menxbers of Cabifiet out of the country it will be impossiblo for me to get away.
