Zoo Visitors' Dignity Suffers COURT CLAIM FILED

NEW YOEK, April 16. Mendol Picket, Mrs. Picket and their son Cbarles, aged 15, have filed a suit in the State Supreme Court for 75,000 dollars damages against the Bronx Zoological Park for injuries and indignities in June, 1935, when a gorilla, Janet, and a chimpanzee, Ellen, forcibly ejected them from the monkey house. "They, alleged that the apes, near closing time, suddenly appeared among the spectators. Charlcs was attempting to make Ma exit when Janet seized kim and hurled him out, violently breaking hia toe, which was later ampu'tated. Ellen put Mrs. Picket out, warding off attempts by ihe husband to interfere. 'The wife fainted. .
