He was willing to spend 800 dollars to 1 ' get the job done.-" Chris Patterson, who served a year |n pxison in conneetion with the dynar" liting, testifipd that Unthank paid him 00 dollars. He gave half to another knan whom he hired to do the actual flynamiting. The testimony was offered in conneetion with a plea by the United Mine Workers for Federal protection for a tiew drive to uniomso the Harlan mines.
