Prince Nicholas's Dispute with King Carol (Beceived 14, 8.45 a.m.) LONDON, April 13. The Bucharest correapondent of thd Daily Mail says that Prince Nicholas's morganatic marriage dispute has reach-

ed a climax in connection with his appointment to represent Bumania at the English coronation. Prince Nicholas declared that he would aecept the appointment only on condition that his wife should accompany him as a Bumanian princess, which King Carol refused. Prince Nicholas_j who is the only brother of King Carol of Bumania, resigned his rank and titles as a protest against Carol 's refusal to recogmse the validity of his morganatic marriage in 1931 with a divorcee, Madame Saveanu, and give her the title of princess, a Bucharest message reported on Saturday.
