Removed From Napier Street A car was removed iron Station strAet, Napier, last evening, and so far r/j trace oif it fias been found by -tfie police or the owner. Left- tfiere wfiile tfie occupants visited the State Tfieatre, tfie car was nowfiere to be fouud at tfie conclusion of tfie performance. A description of tfie missing vefiicle, wfiicfi is tfie. property of Miss M, L Peddie, 302 King strbet, Hastings, is as follows. It is. a Moras eigfit-fiorae-power vefiicle, of 1935 model, painted red, witfi blaek mudguards and red leatfier upfiolstery.. A side-curtain was in position on the left side of the car, and tfie mica rear mirror in tfie fiood was missing. The registered number is 105-083. ' Tfie car was left in Station street at 7.55 p.m. yesterday, and was missing at 10.30 p.m. Tfie police were immediately communieated witfi, but no trace of the vefiicle was found, and tfie stranded visitors were forced to roturivto Hastings in a taxi. Any information regarding the movements of tfie car after its xemoval from Station street should be eommuni* catod to tfie nearest 'police station.
