WAIRERE CLUB

Owing to the club 's green being under repair, no further games can be played on this green this season, so invitations were extended to the club for last Saturday by the Port Ahuriri and Heretaunga clubs, where three and ilve rinks played respectively. At Heretaunga Wairere were not successful in winning a game, but there were several very close finishes, and in oue an extra head was played to find the winner. Next Saturday six rinks will be tho guests of the ISa Toa Club.
