Inquiry Opened In Mexico (Received 12, 8.45 a.m.) MEXICO CITY, April 11. A commission headed by the wellknown philosopher, Mr. John Dewey, opened an inquiry as to whether Trotsky had plotted the overthrow of the Soviet and had aided Germany a'nd Japan. Counsel questioning Trotsky elicited a reaffirmation of his complete innocence.
