When a Norwegian ship put into Bombay after a voyage from Colombo her oil engines were found to be not in the best of order To eurtail delay the shipping agents ordered spare parts from Sweden to be sent by air. The aeroplane left Sweden at noon on a Tuesday and arrived . in Bombay at dawn on the following Saturday; an average speed of 165 niiles an hour was maintained.
