Largest Since 1931 WASHINGTON, April 9. The Government Crop Reporting Board has predicted a winter wheat crop of 656,000,000 bushels, the largest since 1931. Althougk 33,000,000 above the five-year ayerage, it is offset by the fact that the stocks on farma *rp 56,000,000 below the average.
