(Eeceived 10, 11.5 a.m.) SINGAPOEE, April 9. The danger of the spread of disease by air was evidenced when Meinherr van Haselen, a high Dutch Airways . offiicial, died of cholera near Singapore. He eame by air from The Hague and stayed three days at Bangkok, whare an epidemic is now abating, bnt at ono time hundreds were dying every week. The Dutehman travelled hy plane to Pengag, where he joined a boat. He beeame ill and was dead within five hours. The ship ie quarantined at Singapore and the aeroplane passengers at Java.
