Best Fish at Taupo for Some Time WEATHER FAVOURABLE

TAUPO, TMs Day. Bull, overcast weather has prevailed in Taupo over the past week but. generally speaking, conditions have been favourable from the point of view of ihe angler. No limit catches have been reported of late, but the fish obtained have been in good condition. The best bag for some time was ob- * tained at Waitahanui yesterday morning, when Mr T. K. Durie, fly-fishing there, landed eight ' trout averaging seven pounds. The largest was a fina 15§ pounder and is the best fish caught in thia distriet for several seasons.
