GIVEN that in accordance with the anthority contained in Section 6 of By-Law No. 2, 1933, the nse of water from the Borough Supply for watering gardens, either a& an extraordinary or ordinray supply, is prohibited, except between the hours of 5 p.m. and 7 p.m. daily. Any person watering gardens under the authority of this resolution must be actually in charge of the hose during the time of such use. Any person nsing Water from the Borough Supply for the above-men-tioned purpose, excopt between the hours stated, or in any other way3 wasting water, will be presecuted.'
