There is glamour in a dinner suit and we find as the days go by the women are more and more coming to prefer specialised dinner attire, lovely samples of which appear in this collection. The first suit comprises black silk crepe skirt showing a full back and short-sleeved jacket of butterfly wing, blue lame, buttoned high at neck with fold-over cravat. Very lovely is the long-sleeved, fully basqued dinner gown in light chocolate coloured no velty crepe fifth in the row. The basque is stiffened and stitched and the neckline is high. The gold kidbelt is matched by the gold kid evening shoes, On the extreme right is an attractive cocktail frock of rustlac moire, with an ivory moire vest, worn with an imported model halo hat of matching velour.
