Sergent was re-elected president This is only the second time that, a president of the association has been elected for two conseeutive years, and Mr Sergent, in thanking those present. for his re-election, stated that is was most gratifying, especially in view of the fact that he had been a newcomer to the spart the first year ot hie election.
