Claim for Board and Nursing DENIAL MADE

, AUCKLAND, Last Night. ! ! Bemuneration for board and nursing services over a period of flve years, totalling £1003, was claimed in the Supreme Oourt to-day before Mr Justice Callan by Lucy Matutinovieh, married woman, of Newton road, from Hakim A. Sunni, an Indian, described as a heib specialist, who was wellknown in the early days of prof essional Wrestling in Auckland. 'Ihe statement of claim set out that the defend'ant hoarded at the plain tiff's house from November, 1929, to May, 1934, and until December, 1935, he was given nursing attention by the plain tiff. The defence denied any . arrangemenl for boarding, and also denied receivirij; nursing service.
