Rebel General Warns Basques (Eeceived 8, 10.55 a.m.) BILBAO, April 7. General Mola, in command of the Madrid rebels, dropped leaflets in the Basque country, stating: "I have decided to flnish with the north and will raze the whole province, especially the factories, if the resistance continues." The loyalists completely ignored the warning. General Mola asserts that they have buried 876 loyaliefs and taken prisoner 1076, of whom 116 were sent to hospital. The remainder are being court-martialled and will be sentenced to death if it is proved that they have horne arms.
