(Eeceived 8, 8.45 a.m,) LONDON, April 7. Eebel aeroplanes from Majores twice ineffectualiy bombed the British destroyer Gallant, mistaktng her for a Eed. warship. The Gallant drove off the attackers with antiaircraft gunfire. The planes which attacked the Gallant dropped 18 bombs over a period of three hours. The Times ' Bilbao correspondent says rebel warships stopped the food-laden British steamer Thorpe Hall outslde Bilbao but sheered oflf when the de* stroyers Beagle and Brajsen sped to her rescue with the gun crews at their stations. The Thorpe Haii was similariy stopped a week ago but took refuge at Gibraltar, whence she sailed under the escort of the destroyer Gipsy,
