Revealing that British defence orders are being' placed^ in Germany, Sir Thomas InsMp, Minister for the Co-ordi nation of Defence, in the House of Commons, said that defence departments had plaoed machinery orders with Oerman firms amounting to £62,000 slnce January 1. Orders amounting to £168,000 had similarly heen placed for the shadow air factories.
