Flyer Refuses to Appear Without Solicitor INQUIRY ENDED NEW PLYMOUTH, Last Night. Because he refused to appear beforo the council of the Western Federatod Flying Club at Hawera without a solicitor and because the council could not under its rules permit a solicitor to appear the council refused a rehearing of the case of Wilson Potaka who made a forced landijig in an aeroplane in tbe Kaimanawa ranges in January. * The penalty previously imposed oa Potak^, was disqualiflcation from flying for a period and a fine of the cost of salvaging the 'plane.
